cum laude), Harvard Law School (S.J.D, 1994), New York Bar, 1992, Israel
Bar, 1995. Main practice areas: corporate & securities law, mergers &
acquisitions, public offerings (financial markets in Israel, USA & Europe),
hi-tech companies, cross-border transactions. Eddo has extensive practice
in representing hi-tech clients, focusing on commercial and financial
transactions, including private placements, venture-capital transactions,
and public offerings (NASDAQ, London Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange,
Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange). Eddo began his legal career as an associate
at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz of New York, where he participated in
mergers & acquisitions and public offerings. Eddo published several articles
on corporate finance matters, and from time to time teaches a class on
corporate law at the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration

commerce, banking, property law, international taxation. Pinhas is an
active member of the board of directors of several public and private
companies, among which: Jerusalem Bank Ltd. (chairman of the Executive
Committee) and Export Investment Corporation Ltd. (chairman of the Audit
Committee). Pinhas acts frequently as an arbitrator, including in the
framework of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (founded
